This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the atm8 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the atm8 platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years or meet the minimum age requirement as stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are accessing this platform voluntarily and understand the risks associated with online betting activities.
- You are not declared bankrupt and are not prohibited by any local law from using online betting services.
- The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. atm8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.
- You may only hold one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

2Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. atm8 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
We recommend using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or false payment information.
- Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the intent and conditions of those offers.
3Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the atm8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including e-wallets (Boost, Touch 'n Go) and Malaysian internet banking.
Deposit Limits and Conditions
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe depending on the method used.
- Atm8 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal Conditions

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid remaining balance (subject to withdrawal conditions) will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Platform Limitation of Liability
Atm8 is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from betting activity conducted by users on the platform.
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond the platform's control.
- Losses arising from the use of shared or intercepted login credentials due to the user's own negligence.
Atm8's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the valid account balance held by that user at the time the claim is made.
